Jumping on the bandwagon

Kale chips are the new thing, so I of course had to try them.

Just kale, olive oil, and sea salt.  Then bake.
 Consensus: I had two complaints.  I put too much salt on there and even a couple hours after you eat these things, the taste will not escape your mouth.  They were pretty good, didn’t taste like much really.  I’d eat them again to get my vitamins from the kale, but mixing it with pasta or potatoes might be a tastier option.

  1. I have been wanting to try kale chips too! Giada made them along with baked potatoe chips too on Food Network with a greek yogurt dipping sauce that looked amazing. Kind of like tailgating on the lighter side! Thanks for sharing!
