Food trucks are all the rage right now, and I finally got to go. We made it our April restaurant club.
Whitney, Sloan, Matt, and I went to opening night of the Atlanta Food Truck Park. Trucks will rotate daily and a farmers market is opening soon too.
It was packed.
The first line we were in ran out of food. Sloan had to try three lines before they had any food left.
We ended up at Ibiza Bites.
I got the signature bite, which was beef with lots of flavors over grits and a plantain. It was all very delicious.
For dessert, we headed over to Honeysuckle Gelato.
The girl behind the counter recommended the flavor snacks on the plane. It was biscoff flavored ice cream with peanuts, pretzels, and caramel. You wouldn’t think it was that great, but wow. It was utterly amazing. I also had a scoop of raspberry sorbet.

April restaurant club was a great success! I’d love to go back and try more places!
