Brisket and Veggies

Even though I love it, I try to not eat too much red meat.

However, I made an exception this week.

I made crock-pot brisket and baked squash and zucchini chips from a Pinterest recipe.

I still haven’t decided which bbq sauce I like better.
I cooked the chips for 3 hours and they were still a little squishy.

All in all, a good meal that I can enjoy for a full week!
