Luckily, my mom did most of the work, so I just relaxed, but I did try out some new recipes for Thanksgiving:
Martha’s Pecan Pie. This was yummy!
I wanted a salad, so I made this roasted pear and shallot salad. It was too much work for not enough flavor and who really wants to eat salad on Thanksgiving. Failed attempt at trying to be healthy.
For an appetizer, I made baked brie with cranberries and walnuts from Pinterest. This was really good. I would have eaten all of it if I wasn’t worried about stuffing my stomach.
It was a delicious, delicious meal!!
